Our Story

The smell of fresh baking on King Street means one thing in Thorndale: Sassy's. We're an independently owned bakery, deli and pizzeria — the neighbourhood's go-to for pizza night, hand-built subs, fried chicken dinners and bread pulled warm from the oven.

Everything is still made to order, by hand, from scratch — no shortcuts, nothing sitting around, just food we'd be proud to serve our own family. Those same recipes now reach local stores and restaurants through our wholesale program.
